With Microsoft Publisher.I'm having some trouble with using Publisher on a newly installed Windows 7 computer. The computer is set up to use Office 2010. The mspub.exe file is found on the C drive, but does not show up under the Start Menu or as an icon on the desktop. I tried creating the shortcut myself, but when the program tries to open I get an error message 'Publisher failed to start correctly.' (screenshot below) and then it asks if I want to start it in safe mode. If I say yes to the safe mode option, it tries to repair the program.

After it finishes repairing the entire process starts over.My director, who installed the program originally, insists that it was installed correctly.
