Completed the upgrade last night. When I click the settings application (gear icon) link off of the windows menu a dialog box briefly flashes on the screen. I searched for a solution and most of them are for Windows 8 / 8.1 also a couple for Windows 10. Nothing has worked. Tried sfc, registry edits & powershell scripts.
