Its really easy to do. You get nifscope optimizer , put it on your PC. Then, download these mods manually. Extract to your desktop on a new folder. Run Nifskope optimizer on the folders. Then, right click and select 'add to archive'.
Add the new zip drive to your mod manager and install. Easy peasy.If you give me a reminder tonight, these may not even need that step - I cant remember because I convert so many mods. I'd recommend giving it a try though.
